Law Enforcement and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) users can get online access via the subscription-based Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform (ELEP) service. This service provides information on up to 100 telephone numbers per query, historical data and information for the Service Provider's Law Enforcement Contact.
Law Enforcement and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) users may also access ELEP data from an authorized ELEP Clearinghouse. Registering as an ELEP Clearinghouse starts by contacting the account management team to request additional information.
Law Enforcement and PSAP users that are interested in the free telephone-based service should register for the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service. This option provides porting information for up to 20 telephone numbers at a time as well as information to reach the Service Provider’s Law Enforcement Emergency Contact.
