Before registering, you should first decide what service is right for your agency. The Comparison Chart outlines the differences between the two services. Each service has its own registration form, which can be submitted at the individual or agency level. Agencies interested in both must submit a separate registration for each service.
PLEASE NOTE that you must register separately for the ELEP and IVR service. If you are interested in both, you must submit a separate registration for each.
Law Enforcement and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) users that would like online access should register for the subscription-based Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform (ELEP) service. Law Enforcement and PSAP users that are interested in the free telephone-based service should register for the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service. This is a free service that provides porting information for up to 20 telephone numbers at a time as well as information to reach the Service Provider’s Law Enforcement Emergency Contact.
